What is the check-in time?
We prepare rooms for them to be ready at 4 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is available, we will be happy to assign you your room. If your room is not ready, we have free luggage storage so that you can enjoy the city freely.
What is the checkout time?
At Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa, you can treat yourself and sleep in late. Departure time is scheduled at noon. By request and subject to availability, our team will be happy to offer you a late check-out.
Where can I store my luggage if my room is not ready when I arrive at the hotel?
We have free luggage storage available at all times in the lobby. Feel free to ask at the front desk if you need to leave your luggage with us for five minutes or a few hours.
If we arrive late, will our reservation be cancelled?
